Proven in use...
Atlas has taken an unusual course in that we've developed it rather patiently. We began development early in 2013, and our first client (Gernert) transitioned to using Atlas exclusively in late 2013. That deployment gave us something of a laboratory, where we held the product for quite a long time before releasing it to a different firm. Over the intervening two years we used Gernert's experiences to polish Atlas and prove its suitability for the exotic situations that we can so reliably expect from the real world of global publishing. With time and space to sit with users and listen, we streamlined Atlas' processes to suit the needs of each role in the business.
...yet actively developing
Objectively speaking, Atlas is feature-complete compared to many of the alternatives. But we're still hard at work on major new components. In the near term, we're planning to prioritize development over growth. To ensure a sterling level of support through this development phase, we'll expand no more quickly than Andy and I can personally support to a level agreeable to everyone. In fact, as a development-phase client with frequent and direct access to your software's engineers, you'll find that we're able and eager to adapt the software to meet your needs. As we learn about areas where the software could fit you better, you're likely to see frequent interim releases targeting those features.
